No longer just for kids, the hula hoop has become a must have for the fitness enthusiast (or the new year resolutionist). It’s large size and shape make it difficult to take your hooping routine with you wherever you go. Not so with the Empower Cardio Core and More Fitness Hoop. Alternate the pink and orange sections and the hoop spins normally; segregating the sections by quarters or halves, however, adds a pronounced imbalance to the spin, forcing you to work harder to keep it spinning. Fitness EM Appoints Mark Ish as National Sales Director

Uxbridge, MA (October 17, 2011) – Fitness EM is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Ish as National Sales Director reporting to Steven Sandler, Vice President of Sales. Ish joins Fitness EM from Altus Athletic, where he served as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
"We are very excited to have Mark joining the Fitness EM team," Sandler said. "Mark brings a wealth of experience in the Fitness & CPG businesses. He represents the next step in building our world class sales organization."
Prior to joining Altus, Ish worked as the Director of Sales for Wham-O where he was responsible for the sporting goods and big-box retail channels.
Ish earned his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from San Diego State University, where he also played for their Division I Soccer Team.
