Testimonials - Empower Medicine Balls

I have lost 60 pounds and am in the best shape of my life. I have 30 more pounds to lose. My personal trainer got me started with the 6 lb. soft medicine ball a year ago, now I am using the 8 and 10 lb. balls as well. Last weekend I gave my ball to my sister's friend so she and my sister could start using your product as well ( my sis bought her ball recently) They live in northern MN and have limited shopping! I am trying to replace the 6 lb ball today and find an 8 lb as well. I love your products and don't want anything else. THANK YOU, I am empowered to stay strong!

LOVE IT !!!!!!!!!!

This product is instrumental in firming & toning the upper body alas what it was designed to do! As for the reviewer who rates it poorly, given his unfathomable stupdity, it is a poor reflection on him not this product (that is provided his review wasn't intended as comic fodder in which case it still fails to measure up!)

Bottom line: if you want ecomony when strengthening and visibly toning your upper body then consider this Medicine Ball. It is 6 lbs so won't overly stress your back. With the needed effort put forth, expect the results: shapely (not bulging) arms & torso!

Looking Good

I'm a fan of medicine balls especially this one. It is sand filled and soft. I was skeptical at first because it's shell is so soft that I thought it would get punctured and leak sand everywhere, but so far so good. It's comfortable and grippy so even when I'm sweating I can still grasp it. The DVD it came with didn't work in any of my DVD players or computer. It doesn't seem scratched, but perhaps not in the right format, but not a deal breaker. I didn't buy the ball for the DVD. I love this exercise implement. Its one of my favorites to work with and it was affordable

I love this product!!

I bought this because the price was better than others I found online. I didn't even really notice that it had sand in it when I made the purchase. However, it turned out to be the best decision! The sand gives you the 10-lb weight of other balls but it is more compact, much easier to grip and hold onto. It is durable and easy to handle. Also, as mentioned, it was the best price I found online (without club memberships) that fit the bill, so it was a total win-win.

I didn't buy it for the DVDs but I received two copies and both worked fine (other similar products had complaints about the disc). They actually have a very good workout on them, too.
