Small Goals For Longterm Success

Time to make your New Year’s Fitness resolution, and more importantly keep it! Here are a few tips for success. Set realistic goals, goals that are achievable given your individual body type, your schedule, and your time constraints. Be honest with yourself about what you will be able to maintain. Set small weekly goals, these can and should be simple to allow you to experience little successes along the way. If you “veer from the path” for a few days, don’t give up completely simply get back on track and start over on your path to healthier, fit you.
