Are you looking for some extra guidance and motivation with your strength training program? Finding the right personal trainer can help you stay on track with your exercise regimen and help to maximize results. Make sure that they have a certification from a nationally recognized organization. Ask them about their “hands on” experience, how long have they been training others? Do not be embarrassed to ask for references of current clients. Evaluate their teaching and training style to be sure you will feel comfortable working with them one on one. They should always perform an evaluation prior to your first training session to determine your needs which includes your medical history, lifestyle, and goals.
