Keep On Track

Have you stayed on track with your Fitness resolution? If the answer is yes then congratulate yourself and keep it up. If however you are beginning to slip I have some tips to keep you on track. Begin by taking that year-long goal and breaking it down into to smaller, shorter goals. These should be goals that you can achieve over a 6 to 8 week period. When you look at the long term goal of losing 20 pounds it can be quite overwhelming but a 2 month goal of 5 to 10 pounds is more encouraging. Take it one day at a time; be patient, stay consistent and you will get the results you are looking for in 2006!
