Exercising on Vacation

Many of you will be taking summer vacations with your family.  If you’ve been working out you want to enjoy your vacation and still remain active.  The good news is that almost every hotel has some sort of workout facility.  Try to get your strength or cardio workouts done in the morning before you  are pre-exhausted from the days activities.  Vacation also offers the perfect opportunity to try new things.  If you are at the beach try waterskiing, wave runners, or simply walk or run the beach.  If you head to the mountains go hiking or horseback riding.  Your exercise does not always have to be the traditional options, variety helps to keep you motivated.
